Flexsteel upholstered furniture limited warranties apply to the original purchaser for the specified periods of time, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Flexsteel retailer in the United States or Canada.

  • Lifetime warranty: Blue Steel Springs, wood frames, reclining mechanisms, seat cushion foam and feathers.
  • 5-year warranty: Electrical components, mechanical components, sleeper mechanisms and sleeper mattresses.
  • 1-year warranty: Finished wood, plastic components, metal components, FlexAire2 mattress and pump, battery packs, filling materials, pillow fiber filling, upholstery materials, heat and massage components and leatherette.

After the first year of the warranty period, the purchaser is responsible for the labor and shipping costs associated with repairs.

California customers:
