Warranty Information

• Stainless steel doors, handles, and shelves: Limited 30-day cosmetic warranty against defective materials or workmanship from original retail purchase. Defects must be reported to the selling dealer within 30 days. Freight and concealed damage are excluded.
• Cabinet and all parts: Three-year parts and labor coverage against defects in material or workmanship under normal and proper use, maintenance, installation, and start-up, from original installation or 36 months after shipment from True Caliber, whichever occurs first. Contact the warranty department for commercial or light-commercial installations.
• Compressor, evaporator coil, condenser coil, drier, metering device, and connecting tubing: Six-year sealed-system parts and labor coverage from original installation, not exceeding 6 years and 3 months after shipment, whichever occurs first.
• Eligible sealed-system components: Parts-only coverage for years 7 through 12 from original installation, not exceeding 12 years and 3 months after shipment, for eligible units shipped after February 1, 2017 and registered within 12 months of installation. Factory seconds, ADA models, and clear ice machines are excluded.

¹ Although undercounter units are UL rated for outdoor use, do not install the refrigerator freestanding outdoors. Install it under cover, such as beneath a countertop, because the gasket is not a watertight seal. In regions consistently below 32 degrees F, turn the appliance off and empty all contents.
