What does pre-order mean on the website?

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve highly anticipated products before they are officially released to the public. By placing a pre-order, you'll be among the first to receive the new product once it becomes available.

How can I find out when new products are available for pre-order?

Check the site regularly for updates, as new products are continuously added to the pre-order selection. Staying up to date ensures you don’t miss out on the latest upcoming releases.

Will I be charged at the time of pre-order or when the product ships?

Typically, payment and charging policies vary by item. For details regarding specific pre-order payment terms, please review the checkout process for the product you are interested in.

Can I change or cancel my pre-order?

Most pre-orders can be changed or canceled before the product ships. For assistance with modifying your pre-order, contact customer support and a friendly team member will be happy to help.

Why should I pre-order a product instead of waiting for release?

Pre-ordering guarantees your spot in line for the most awaited products, especially those likely to sell out upon release. It ensures you get priority access and don't miss out on high-demand items.
