A domed aluminum speaker base and stainless steel hinge let you adjust the display for comfortable viewing. Brightness ranges from 500 nits for sunny rooms to 0.3 nits for the bedside, while select features reveal more information as you move closer.

Customizable faces include playful Snoopy, informative Calendar and Weather, and Flow artwork that responds to your movements with colors and light. Meet Siri AI: Personal Context and Natural Conversations

Powered by Apple Intelligence⁴, Siri AI adapts to each person and surfaces what matters most to them. With your paired iPhone or iPad, it can pull up a party invitation from your calendar or find RSVPs buried in your messages.² Ask about dinner recipes, DIY home repairs or game-night trivia, then keep the conversation going with open-ended questions. Conversations sync to the Siri app on your other Apple devices so you can pick up where you left off.

Heaps of Help at Home

Check your calendar, set reminders and stay on top of your to-do list while you're busy around the house. Multiple timers help track chores, and Live Activities let you keep an eye on them while using other apps. When you find a recipe in Safari, tap Start Cooking for a streamlined format that's easy to follow. Handoff lets you begin a song, podcast, call, video or recipe on iPhone and continue on HomeView.

Astounding Sound and Multiroom Audio

The Apple-engineered audio system combines two custom full-range drivers in the display with a down-firing woofer and two force-cancelling passive radiators in the base for crisp highs and deep, rich bass. Computational audio continuously optimizes loudness and bass response at any volume. Spatial Audio adds rich, textured sound to compatible listening experiences.³ Use AirPlay to connect with HomePod, Apple TV 4K and compatible speakers for a connected home sound system.

12MP Center Stage and Hands-Free Connection

Center Stage keeps everyone in the frame during FaceTime calls, even as people move around or more join in. Four beamforming microphones pick up voices near and far while reducing background noise, so you can make Siri requests from across the room. Send messages and make phone calls using your voice, or use Intercom with HomePod speakers and personal Apple devices to communicate throughout the house. Find My helps locate your devices, AirTag-equipped items and people who choose to share their location.

Your Smart Home, All at a Glance

The built-in Home app brings compatible accessories into one dashboard. See who's at the door, adjust lighting and temperature, and control scenes and automations to fit your household's routines. The Home Modular face offers a concise accessory overview, while the Home Camera face streams up to nine videos at once. Manage your home with a tap or your voice, and look for the Works with Apple Home logo when choosing accessories.

Sound recognition can detect the sounds of your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and alert you on iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch. Apple Intelligence groups related Home app notifications, such as a family member arriving, unlocking the door and disabling the alarm. Descriptions of video footage help you catch up on key activity in and around the house.⁴

Personalized Experiences for Up to Six Users

HomeView recognizes household members and switches between their personal experiences while keeping everyone's content separate. To access Messages, Calendar and other personal content, your paired iPhone or iPad must be on the same Wi-Fi network and recently unlocked, and HomeView must recognize your face. Guests can still control smart home accessories, check the weather, set timers and play music without accessing anyone's personal information.

A18 Secure Exclaves and Built-In Privacy

Secure Exclaves inside the A18 chip process camera and microphone feeds in a secure compartment that neither the operating system nor Apple can access. Face and voice recognition therefore work without exposing the recognition data to the operating system. For Apple Intelligence requests handled by Private Cloud Compute, processing runs on Apple silicon without storing your data or making it accessible to anyone, including Apple.
