Hooker Furniture 6050-75500-GRY Dining Room Affinity Host Chair In Greige Oak

The Affinity Host Chair’s Quartered Oak Veneer frame has softly curving legs and a curved back for an inviting, soft silhouette. The greige sand-blasted finish complements the Kurtz Linen on the plush and rounded upholstered seat and back, offering a natural color palette and tactile appeal. The fabric is a polyester-linen blend. Soft, rounded forms combine with sand-blasted greige and antique white finishes to create an inviting transitional boutique collection in Affinity. The main finish for the 20-piece collection of bedroom, dining room, occasional, accents and home entertainment is a wire-brushed greige (gray/beige) on quartered white oak. Pewter and antique white hardware and soft linen fabrics add intrigue.

Construction

  • Finish Construction: Hooker Furniture utilizes a multiple-step finish process of up to 16 finish steps. This results in an unsurpassed clarity, depth and color richness and durability to our finishes. Through hand-craftsmanship such as rubbing and padding, our finishes feel as good as they look, with a smoothness that is delightful to the touch.
  • Frame Construction: Hooker Furniture uses carefully chosen solid wood and select wood veneers over durable wood products in our furniture construction. Use of veneers enables more decorative looks unattainable with solid wood. Veneers are used over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, made of renewable resources. MDF and particle board are used in quality furniture for areas that need to be stable, such as large surfaces. These durable wood products do not expand and contract with heat and cold and do not absorb moisture as much as solid wood, which results in stronger and longer-lasting furniture.

Care Instructions

  • Clean with Solvent or dry-cleaning product

  • Some color variation in photos of our furniture finishes, leathers and fabrics is possible due to lighting and differing resolution quality on computer devices.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The frame is constructed from oak veneers over durable wood products such as medium density fiberboard (MDF) and particle board, ensuring stability and durability. The upholstery is made of a Kurtz Linen fabric blend consisting of 80% polyester and 20% linen, providing a soft and tactile seating experience.
  • The finish uses a multiple-step process with up to 16 steps, including hand craftsmanship like rubbing and padding. This results in superior clarity, depth, rich color, and durability. The sand-blasted greige finish offers a smooth and attractive surface that is both visually appealing and long-lasting.
  • The chair measures 23.25 inches in width, 28.50 inches in depth, and 40 inches in height, with a seat height of 19.75 inches, seat width of 20 inches, and seat depth of 19 inches. The unit weight ranges between approximately 45 and 77 pounds.
  • This chair is stationary and does not have any reclining, rocking, or swivel features.
  • The fabric can be cleaned using solvent-based or dry-cleaning products. For the wood finish, gentle care is recommended to preserve the hand-rubbed smoothness and color richness. Avoid excessive moisture and harsh cleaning agents to maintain durability.
