As you use the JIDT836SBL cooktop, indicator lights alert you that a cooking zone is hot to prevent the risk of burns as you move about the space.

In addition to removing unwanted vapors and odors, the JIDT836SBL cooktop ensures efficient cooking for a variety of dishes—from delicate sauces to savory pastas. Using induction technology, the Flex-Choice™ XL Zones includes Assisted Cooking and Automatic Bridging to assist with achieving the ideal results for each recipe you choose to make. Should you need a little extra heat, choose the Power Boost setting. Once on, this setting operates for 10 minutes and provides you with additional heat for the perfect sear or to get boiling water quicker. Once a dish is ready, turn on the Keep Warm Setting to maintain steady temperatures until you're ready to eat without risking overcooking.
