Before we begin with the initial setup of the Vacuum, it’s important to review best practices for the battery.

• It is essential to remove the packing tape and charge the battery, or each new battery replacement, for the first time in the main unit (i.e., vacuum) for 4 hours.
  • To deactivate the shipping mode and activate the maximum power in the battery.
  • After the battery has been fully charged once in the vacuum, the charger cradle accessory or the wall plug can then be used to charge the battery.
• Once the battery is fully charged, the battery charging state indicator switches off after 10 minutes to conserve energy.
  • It is OK to leave a battery charging overnight or for as long as needed. This action will not damage the battery.
• If charging right after use, the battery will only start charging once it has cooled down (up to 60 minutes). The indicator will not respond during this time.
• If the battery has not been used for a long time and has run down, it will go into safe mode.
  • As a result, the battery charging state indicator will only respond after approximately 30–60 minutes when charging in the main unit.
• The vacuum will not turn on if it is plugged into the charger.

Not following these steps may result in the battery not functioning correctly or limiting the battery life overall.
