Seasonal HVAC & Generator Tune-Up
Increase your units lifespan, optimize its performance, and avoid break downs by getting a tune-up this season
At Abt we want you to get the most out of your appliances, and have them last as long as possible. This time of year, your most important ones are those that help you maintain a comfortable temperature in your home. You can help increase their life with proper care and maintenance. We recommend having them inspected and a tune-up performed at least once a year.

Season Tune-Up Includes:
- Clean condenser coil
- Inspect all wiring and connections
- Inspect amperage draw to all motors
- Inspect temperature drop across evaporator
- Inspect Freon/refrigerant charge
- Inspect all electrical components
- Inspect thermostat for proper calibration
- Inspect belt and adjust tension
- Inspect blower wheel and fan blade
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Inspect furnace filters
- Inspect that condensate drain is open
HVAC Tune-up fee starts at $119 per unit. Service applies to Chicagoland customers only. Extra fees may apply if additional parts and labor are needed.
