Excellent customer service. Shiraz was informative, knowledgeable, and very honest. I believe in giving credit to people who deserve it, and he certainly does. I am an owner of a company. If I had an employee like him, I would be very appreciative and would consider myself fortunate. Would definitely order from him again!

The salesperson, Shiraz, was outstanding in his professionalism, expertise and assistance in making a decision for my husband and me on a practical, functional, and financial basis. He was NOT at all pushy or impatient, he allowed me to ask my questions and basically let me think out loud as I worked through a decision, my husband was out of town. The most recent purchase and installation was outstanding. They have all been this way incidentally. The salesman who handled this order, Shiraz Sayeedi is unusually well informed, professional, articulate and timely in his call backs and messages. I have already placed additional orders with him. You will get a lot more business from me going forward. I am a retired CEO- when I was in business, I always liked to know who my best employees were so I could retain them.
