Before you do any work, make sure you rest the face on a soft cloth: you don't want to damage the front of the watch as you work.
Remove the strap by using the Tissot watch tool as directed in the video, pushing in on the spring bar until the straps pop out of place. Then it's time to install your black silicone strap. Insert the pin on one side of the watch face and let the other end of the bar fit into place. Do the same on the other side until your new band is completely installed.
