  The oversized stainless steel Balloon Whisks cover a larger area of the bowl, incorporating more air for faster, more efficient whipping. Ideal for whipped cream, egg whites, meringues, sponge cakes, buttercream, and light batters, they create stable peaks, smooth textures, and exceptional volume.
• Cookie Beaters
  Made from sturdy 3,5 mm thick stainless steel wire, the Cookie Beaters are designed to handle chilled butter in small pieces for pie crust and pastry dough while mixing up to 2 pounds of cookie or pie dough with ease.
