The Bosch NITP660UC induction cooktop is ideal for busy households, whether you work long hours or cook for your family; powerful yet precise induction heating gets food on the table faster with features that make this Bosch cooktop genuinely enjoyable to use. Waiting for water to boil is a notoriously time-consuming task, and now you can get it done in less time. The Bosch NITP660UC has five total heating elements, with two flex induction cooking zones that combine two smaller zones into one larger zone for larger cookware, like a griddle. You can even heat multiple smaller pieces of cookware if you're preparing individual servings. Power levels are labeled 1-9, with halfway options for a total of 17 power levels; it's a more straightforward way to control the heat, and after a little experimenting you'll find the perfect levels for different dishes.

The Bosch NITP660UC cooktop also includes the AutoChef feature, which maintains the frying temperature for different foods; rather than standing in front of the cooktop to ensure your food doesn't burn, your cooktop maintains the temperature for you, so you can get to other tasks like setting the table. But another reason why we love induction cooking for families is because of its added safety: because the cooktop heats cookware directly, the zones that aren't in use remain cool to the touch, which helps prevent burns on curious young hands. If you've just finished cooking with a particular zone, the letter "H" will appear to let you know the area is still hot; once it's cooled down, the "H" will disappear. There's a ChildLock feature, too, for added peace of mind.

  Dishes like risotto require different heat settings at different stages. With PowerMove®'s 3 preset power levels, simply slide your pan across to change the heat level. Once activated by a push of a button, you no longer need to adjust the cooktop temperature: PowerMove® is divided into two separate areas with pre-set power levels. So you can quickly heat or sauté your dish on level 9 and then quickly slide the pan to level one to simmer or keep warm.
