The FP39705 acts as an ampless high fidelity wireless audio receiver, allowing you to stream content from your existing passive components or to your existing passive system. Capable of 24 bit 96 kHz quality, the Audio was designed for audiophiles unsatisfied with the bit and sample rates of existing wireless options. You can even use the Formation app on your smartphone allows you to sync your existing set up with other Formation speakers for easy multi-room soundscapes.
As a wireless audio receiver of sorts, the FP39705 features one Toslink (optical) and two analogue RCA inputs plus one digital and two analogue RCA outputs. Connecting to your existing receiver grants the Audio access to all of the speakers already in place, making it easy to curate your music right from your smartphone. Alternatively, using existing audio sources, like CD players or turntables, in conjunction with the FP39705 lets you wirelessly send high fidelity music to Formation speakers anywhere in your home.
