The Breville Oracle Dual Boiler espresso machine can be an automatic or a manual machine: select Auto mode for a fully-automated experience, or channel your inner barista with Manual mode. The large color touch screen lets you switch between the two modes and easily choose your drink preferences. Drink options include espresso, Americano, flat white, iced lattes and more—there's even a setting to make espresso martinis. The Auto MilQ™ feature creates silky microfoam, and can be used with dairy milk as well as almond, oat and soy alternatives. You can choose from nine texture levels and adjust the temperature for latte art the way you want it.
