Balancing the worlds of robust wear and refined styling, the new timepiece features a 42.6mm octagonal rose gold-tone stainless steel case alongside the best of Citizen's finishing techniques. With its matching integrated stainless steel bracelet and double set of crowns, the watch is ready for wear in any instance. Underneath a sapphire crystal, a textured gray dial with a rotating inner dive bezel is as captivating as it is practical, playing in the light while being highly legible on account of its applied indices and the smart design of its hands. A 3 o'clock date window adds even more utility to the design, while the hand-assembled automatic mechanism, with an accuracy of +20 / -10 seconds per day, powers it and secures the timepiece against strong magnetic fields. Each Series8 timepiece makes use of one of three Citizen mechanical calibers—each equipped with automatic functionality and enhanced magnetic resistance alongside a significantly thinner movement profile. These include the Caliber 0950 (870 models), the Caliber 9051 (831 and 890 models), and the Caliber 9054 (880 models).
