Sound Pack HSP 3 combines the Sound Pack 1 with our Saddlebag Kit. We include a pair of SX 690.1 NEO – a HIGH-SPL 6x9” 3-way speaker. It features a 1.4” dome tweeter and 1” dome super tweeter with a resettable solid-state protection circuit. This amplified 4- speaker set-up is the perfect solution for bikers looking for a high-performance listening experience.

SP 4.900 is a high-powered four-channel amplifier featuring our Advanced D-Class output stage. ADC can reach up to 85% efficiency while delivering an impressive power rating of 160 x 4 WRMS or 500 x 2 WRMS when bridged into a @ 4Ω load. With an ultra-compact size of 8.3 x 5.1 inches, the SP 4.900 is the ideal choice for infaring installations.

IP55 certified the SP 4.900 offers maximum protection against humidity, moisture, and dirt. Further, the SP 4.900 features a sealed power cord, line inputs and speaker outputs providing safe power delivery in even the worse weather conditions. The solid power supply harness ensures ultra-stable power and ground connection to prevent any loss of contact caused by vibration. SP 4.900 is the ultimate option for Motorcycle applications.

The Hertz SPL NEO speakers have been extremely popular since their introduction in 2020. Designed specifically for motorcycle application, the terminals, and mounting holes on our 6.5” NEO speakers are compatible for installation on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Designed to be highly efficient and play extremely loud, all NEO speakers share some common design features such as high stiffness, pressed paper cones, treated to resist water, humidity, and UV. As well as utilizing a special Neodymium N38 H magnet which reduces weight and increases performance.

To complete the Sound Packs, Hertz designed a set of custom cut-in saddlebag grilles. The grille assembly includes a 6x9 mount to install our SX 690.1 NEO speakers. The Kit also includes a cut-out template and all mounting hardware. In addition to the saddlebag grilles, two wiring harnesses were developed. The HBH14 Speaker Harness for use with the Saddlebag Kit and the HTHP14 T-Power Harness for use with the SP 4.900 amplifier. As Rob Wempe states, “Both harnesses simplify installation by eliminating the need to cut any wires - with our harnesses you simply Plug and Play.”
