Warranty Information

• Frame, seat poly, springs, cover, power-recline motors, remote controls, and associated labor expenses: One-year warranty from the date of purchase for the original buyer.
• Lift chair motors and power headrest/lumbar motors: Three-year warranty from the date of purchase for the original buyer.
• All reclining mechanisms (manual, power, and lift): Limited lifetime warranty from the date of purchase for the original buyer. Warranties do not cover normal wear and/or abuse.

¹ While highly resistant to scratches, Reliapel will not withstand repeated gouging or puncturing with sharp objects. Sharp knives and razor blades can cut the surface, needle-sharp animal claws may puncture the cover, and some liquids such as ink may permanently stain it.

Spot clean only with water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner. Do not saturate. Blot spills immediately. Do not use solvents, and do not remove and launder cushion covers. Pile fabrics may require brushing to restore appearance.
