SVS SOUNDPATHMULTIBAND SoundPath Multi-Band Wireless Audio Adapter
The SVS SoundPath Multi-Band Wireless Audio Adapter SOUNDPATHMULTIBAND brings placement freedom to home theater and stereo systems by creating a wireless connection between line-level components. It lets a subwoofer, powered speaker, power amplifier, or powered surround speaker sit where it works best for the room rather than where a long RCA run can reach. By taking complicated cable paths off floors and walls, the transmitter-and-receiver kit helps preserve a cleaner installation while opening more options for expanding a system into additional listening areas.
Built for homes filled with connected gear, the multi-band platform automatically moves among 46 channels in the 5.2 GHz and 5.8 GHz ranges to help avoid competition from routers, smart TVs, Bluetooth products, wireless security cameras, and similar devices. The link carries both left and right channels with 24-bit/48 kHz resolution and a 3 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response, so it can handle deep subwoofer content as well as full-range stereo audio. Low-latency operation keeps transmission responsive, while support for long line-of-sight distances gives systems room to spread out.
Getting started is designed to take only a few minutes because the transmitter and receiver arrive paired. Connect the transmitting unit to an AV receiver, surround processor, TV, or other source through RCA; attach the receiving unit to the destination component; then power both sides and wait for the steady blue indicators that confirm synchronization. The included mono RCA interconnects, USB-A to Micro-B power cables, wall power adapters, and hook-and-loop fasteners support a tidy basic setup. As the system grows, the same source can serve multiple subwoofers, powered speakers, or distributed audio zones for a practical path into more than one location.
Key Features
Stable Wireless Audio in Congested Environments
Rather than depending on one fixed channel, the system can shift among its 46 options across two RF bands as wireless conditions change. This multi-band design is intended to reduce interference and dropouts in rooms shared with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth equipment.
True Stereo Across the Full Audio Range
Two-channel transfer makes the adapter useful for more than an LFE feed. It can route left/right program material to a powered-speaker zone or power amplifier, support powered surrounds, and serve single-source multi-zone arrangements while retaining the bass extension needed for subwoofer duty.
Clean Signal from Input to Output
A 104 dB signal-to-noise ratio and THD+N below 0.02% from 10 Hz to 20 kHz support clear playback throughout the signal path. Maximum analog input and output levels of 2 Vrms provide a line-level interface between the sending source and receiving component.
Flexible Multi-Receiver Expansion
A shared transmitting source can be extended across several receivers to distribute bass or full-range sound into different system locations. One transmitter accommodates up to four receivers in total, including the receiver supplied with the base kit.2
Features
- 46-Channel Multi-Band Switching
Automatically navigates 5.2 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequencies to help maintain a reliable link around other wireless devices. - Full-Range Stereo Transmission
Moves left and right line-level audio across a 3 Hz to 20 kHz response for subwoofer and full-range applications.3 - 24-Bit/48 kHz Playback
Sends detailed stereo sound wirelessly without a long analog audio run. - Up to 165 ft Line-of-Sight Range
Opens more placement choices for powered audio components across the room or into another zone.1 - Under 15 ms Latency
Maintains responsive signal delivery for subwoofer and full-range playback.4 - Pre-Paired Transmitter and Receiver
Connects the source and destination quickly, with steady blue indicators confirming synchronization. - Up to Four Receivers Per Transmitter
Supports multi-subwoofer, powered-speaker, and distributed-zone configurations from one transmitting unit.2 - RCA Line-Level Connectivity
Links AV receivers, surround processors, TVs, subwoofers, powered speakers, and amplifiers. - Included USB Power Accessories
Supplies a USB-A to Micro-B cable and 5V USB wall adapter for each wireless unit.
Footnotes:
1 Transmission range is rated up to 165 ft (50 m) under line-of-sight conditions. Walls, solid barriers, and nearby wireless equipment can reduce performance.
2 Up to four receivers total can pair with one transmitter. Additional receivers are sold separately and are not included in the base kit.
3 A stereo pair of RCA cables for left/right 2-channel applications is sold separately. The included audio cables are mono RCA-to-RCA interconnects.
4 An AV processor may report an apparent subwoofer distance 14 to 20 ft longer than the physical distance while correcting for wireless latency.
The transmitter and receiver require continuous power and have no standby mode because they maintain an active connection.
Do not expose the apparatus to rain or moisture, place liquid-filled objects on it, or block access to the power plug used for disconnection.
Maintain at least 20 cm between the antenna or radiator and people to follow the stated RF exposure guidance.
