  • It is compatible with a power base, flat foundation, or platform bed. Do not use a box spring or place it directly on the floor. The mattress requires a firm, solid, elevated support surface that can support both the mattress and its users.
  • The Medium feel offers a middle-ground balance of cushioning and support. Its sturdy, tight-stitched Standard Top creates a responsive sleep surface, while IntelliCoil innersprings are designed to adapt support for sleepers of different body types. This configuration does not include TEMPUR-Indulge Memory Foam.
  • Yes. Ventilated coils and 4 AirVents are designed to move warm air away and increase airflow through the mattress. The stretch-knit TENCEL cover also wicks away moisture to help maintain comfort during the night.
  • Spot-clean the cover only, as it is not water-resistant. Vacuum the surface at least once a month to help prevent dust and debris buildup, and rotate the mattress periodically rather than flipping it. When moving it, keep it horizontal with the top facing up; 2-3 people are recommended.
  • It includes a 10-year limited warranty for qualifying defects in workmanship or materials, subject to the manufacturer's terms. Coverage applies to the original purchaser for personal use when bought from an authorized retailer, and proper support is required. Proof of purchase, exclusions, transportation or inspection costs, and the warranty code on the mattress law tag may affect coverage.
