Frequently Asked Questions

  • Use an adjustable power base, flat foundation, or platform bed that provides a solid, elevated surface. Box springs and the floor are not compatible. For warranty support, a King frame must provide continuous support through a rigid bridge bar with at least 5 support legs, or 5 equally spaced hardwood cross-slats at least 3 in wide and no more than 4 in apart, with a supporting center leg.
  • The mattress measures approximately 79 in long x 76 in wide and has a 13.5 in profile. The manufacturer notes that individual mattress dimensions may vary.
  • Rotate the mattress, but do not flip it. Spot-clean the cover, vacuum it at least monthly, and use a water-resistant mattress protector because the cover itself is not water-resistant. Keep the mattress flat and avoid bending it, which can damage the innerspring system.
  • The stretch-knit Tencel cover is designed to wick away moisture for a more comfortable sleep surface. Ventilated coils and 4 AirVents increase airflow, move air out of the mattress, and pull warm air away from the body throughout the night.
  • It is covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty. Coverage applies under the manufacturer's terms and requires proper support; proof of purchase may also be required. The warranty addresses qualifying defects in workmanship or materials and excludes issues such as comfort preference, stains, liquid damage, physical abuse, and damage caused by improper support.
