The cover is spot-clean only and is not water-resistant. Use a water-resistant mattress protector, vacuum the mattress at least monthly, and rotate it without flipping.

Use electric blankets or heating pads for only 20-30 minutes at a time on a medium setting; prolonged high heat can affect the foam composition.
