Key Features
Mobile App Control with 200+ Game Presets
The Arctis Companion App puts more than 200 game-specific sound profiles on your phone. Choose tuned audio for titles including Call of Duty and Fortnite, or select a profile designed to bring details such as footsteps forward when every positional cue matters.
Neodymium Magnetic Drivers
Neodymium magnetic drivers give this SteelSeries gaming headset a deep, detailed soundscape for game effects, music and voice across supported platforms.
Quick-Switch 2.4GHz and Bluetooth 5.3
One press of the power button moves the headset between 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.3. Separate saved presets let game audio use one tuning profile while Bluetooth automatically recalls the preferred music setting.1
USB-C Cross-Platform Play
The nano-sized L-shaped wireless adapter keeps nearby ports accessible and works across Xbox, PlayStation 5, PC, Nintendo Switch, Quest, handhelds and other supported USB-C devices. Set the dongle to Xbox mode for Xbox or PC mode for other supported systems.
40-Hour Battery and Optimized Fast Charging
A 40-hour battery life supports extended play, while a 15-minute charge provides 9 hours of use. The included USB-C cable also enables play-and-charge operation when the battery runs low.
Detachable ClearCast Microphone and ChatMix
The detachable ClearCast microphone uses 32KHz/16-bit technology for high-bandwidth voice clarity and includes a pop filter. ChatMix support is available on Xbox and on PC through Sonar, while the on-ear mute button keeps microphone control within easy reach.2
260g Comfort and Dual-Hinge Durability
At 260g, the SteelSeries 61689 stays lightweight for longer sessions. Airweave ear cushions and an elastic headband support a comfortable fit, and the rugged dual-hinge design is built for lasting use.
On-Ear Media and Call Controls
The headset controls volume, microphone mute, play and pause, track navigation, call answering and ending, call rejection and call volume without requiring a separate device menu.
