The Vent-A-Hood JPH142/C1 SS Designer Pyramid 42 in wall-mount range hood combines 300 CFM actual airflow with a 450 Equivalent CFM comparison rating¹, 5.4-sone high-speed operation, three dimmable LED lights and SensaSource heat response. Its internal B100 Magic Lung single blower uses centrifugal filtration to capture cooking vapors and separate 99% of grease without mesh or baffle filters. Ducted ventilation carries smoke, heat, steam, odors and gases outdoors, while the Stainless Steel pyramid silhouette creates a timeless architectural focal point.

Magic Lung 99% Grease Separation

Inside the blower assembly, spinning airflow throws 99% of cooking grease toward the collection area before exhaust enters the duct system. This filter-free path reduces airflow restriction while helping limit grease deposits and the opportunity for grease-fed flame spread.

300 CFM B100 Ventilation

Vent-A-Hood identifies the 300 CFM B100 configuration for wall-mount ventilation over standard electric cooking equipment and typical 4-burner gas equipment or an equivalent cooking load. The ducted system targets smoke, heat, odor, steam, hazardous gases and grease instead of recirculating them into the room.

Quiet 5.4-Sone High-Speed Operation

The published high-speed sound rating is 5.4 sones. With no mesh or baffle filters restricting the air path, the centrifugal blower can move exhaust with less resistance, helping keep sound controlled while cooking.

SensaSource Automatic Heat Response

When heat rises beneath the hood, SensaSource can increase blower output automatically, then return to the lower setting after the heat subsides. This responsive adjustment reduces the need to manage blower output manually during hotter cooking.

Removable E-Z Clean Components

The grease collection shield, snap-apart blower housing, damper and blower wheel can be removed for direct cleaning access. The housing and E-Z Clean shield can be washed in warm soapy water or placed in a dishwasher.

Three Dimmable Warm White LED Lights

Three 2700K LED lights illuminate the cooking surface with adjustable output. Brighten the workspace for food preparation and monitoring, or dim the lights for softer ambient illumination.
