During Abt's 90 years, we have always worked to bring our signature service into the latest technologies, meeting shoppers where they are—and right now, that means within AI assistants like Microsoft Copilot. In the past, we've spearheaded technical initiatives like creating our own website in the '90s, being ready with nationwide shipping for our customers and having our own AI helper bot on Abt.com. We're going even further in the realm of agentic AI with the help of Microsoft Copilot and Stripe: when you shop online using Copilot, Stripe allows customers to buy from the agentic shopping cart. Use just a few clicks to find the product you want and buy with Stripe. We've uploaded 13,000 Abt products to Copilot, and our goal is to be right where our customers are shopping. Thanks to our partnership with Stripe, we'll be able to bring our classic Abt-level service to our customers—even as they shop from Copilot.
How Does Stripe Work With Copilot AI?
Stripe and Copilot make AI shopping easy and accessible for all users, and that's one of the reasons why so many brands are using it. Brands like Etsy, Ashley Furniture, Coach, Nectar, Kate Spade and many more are using Stripe's Agentic Commerce Suite. The process works like this: customers use Copilot to shop, then they may see an eligible Abt product to buy based on what they search for. You can then check out directly in Copilot. After a click or two, your Abt product will be on its way to you. It's quick, easy and efficient—and nothing slows you down.
Is Shopping for Abt Products With AI Safe?
Stripe is designed to be safe for online checkout wherever you shop, especially with Copilot. Stripe facilitates payment without exposing the buyer's credentials (like payment information, address and name) and Abt remains in control of the data. There are fraud protection systems at every level to keep your information secure.
