CES 2026: Samsung's Top AI-Boosted Appliances
AI is everywhere at CES 2026, but Samsung is infusing nearly all of its appliances at the showcase with artificial intelligence. From its beloved Family Hub refrigerators to washers and dryers, the brand has found new ways to make everything smarter. Their display has created a vision for a home that's free of classic chores that loom large over you when you come home, from making dinner to doing the laundry. Samsung takes everything up a notch with advanced AI in their latest appliances and appliance concepts. You may even see some of these Samsung Bespoke picks at Abt this year.
An Upgraded Smart Refrigerator
It all starts in the heart of the home, the kitchen. At Samsung's CES 2024 display, we showed off some of the brand's most popular appliances in their advanced AI versions, like the Samsung AI Family Hub+. Things level up this year with the Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub and the Bespoke AI 3-Door AutoView French Door Refrigerator. With the screen's Now Brief display, you'll see your schedules and activities right onscreen. Even more advanced is FoodNote, where the refrigerator keeps track of food patterns and even recommends recipes based on what's inside—helping owners to shop well at the grocery store. Exciting upgrades include doors that can be opened and closed with just a word, too.
Samsung AI comes even more into play with AI Vision, technology that can tell what's in your refrigerator. This tech isn't the newest, but it's gotten a massive improvement since its introduction. AI Vision can now tell foods apart more easily. And with assistance from Google Gemini programmed right into the Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub, it is easy to work with the AI Food Manager. Plan for grocery shopping, manage what's inside your refrigerator without opening it and get a good idea of the appliance's use—when you know what's inside your refrigerator, you can get a better idea of how to use it. You're more likely to avoid food waste, too. There's more than just the refrigerator when it comes to preservation, too, and CES is showing us the best of Samsung.
The True Intelligence: Hybrid Cooling
While smart features and upgraded AI tech always wow, folks buy refrigerators to keep their food fresh—and Samsung is displaying some of their best refrigeration tech at CES with Hybrid Cooling. AI Hybrid Cooling reacts to its environment, making the most of the appliance's power with two ways to cool: via an AI Inverter and Peltier element (or thermoelectric cooler). A Peltier element gives users extra space for food storage, as well as extremely precise cooling for food that stays fresher for longer. And for many, that kind of precision cooling saves money and beats some smart tech features in a long-term investment.
AI Wine Manager: A Smart Sommalier
Wine lovers, you'll see some of the same tech that makes these new Samsung refrigerators amazing in their latest SmartThings wine coolers. The AI Wine Manager can read the labels on wine bottles, logging in-depth details like each variety's name, vintage, grape variety and more. The AI Wine Manager knows where each bottle is stored, too, helping you to make the most of your storage space as you keep track of where everything is.
AI Laundry For Better Washing and Drying
The to-do list doesn't end when you leave the kitchen, and Samsung is showing off laundry appliances with a huge boost in artificial intelligence—all so that you can finish chores earlier while caring for garments properly. One of the best examples is Samsung's Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, a washer-dryer duo that requires little from the user. This AI-powered laundry master can wash 25kg and dry 20kg at once, and when running at its highest speed, it will give you a washed and dried load of laundry in just under 70 minutes. What's better here than with a competitor? At CES 2026, the brand is showing off just how well this member of the Bespoke line handles heat. With a new booster heat exchanger, things dry quickly and moisture disappears fast—and the appliance doesn't overheat.
One of the most useful AI features here is in AI Wash+, a technology that can measure a load of laundry's weight, the soil level and even the type of fabrics within. Once the fabrics are inside, the Samsung appliance goes to work and adjusts settings to give you the best clean possible. Instead of guessing at how much detergent you should add, how hot the water or dryer should be and wash intensity, you can let AI Wash+ take care of it for you. The showcase displayed how other devices can easily connect to the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo as well, like the Bespoke AI AirDresser. Choose a specialized cycle for washing and drying, then give your clothing the care it needs in the connected Bespoke AI AirDresser. At CES 2026, we're seeing new ways we can take care of our clothing so that fabrics last longer—all with less work.
Robot Vacuums Fueled by AI
If you didn't know that Samsung made vacuums, you'll know now: and they're powerful. Their collection gets an upgrade with models like the new Jet Fit, a lightweight vacuum that's just over 3.15kg. But the true vacuum showstopper at their CES 2026 booth is the robot vacuum. The Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra is packed with AI and uses it every second that it's in use. This model can tell furniture from cables, and can even tell clear and colorful liquids apart. It won't be stopped by door thresholds, steep mats or other transitions, either: it can handle inclines up to 60mm tall thanks to the robot vacuum's EasyPass Wheel.
This robot vacuum is packing some extreme intelligence thanks to a Qualcomm Dragonwing™ AI chipset that helps it navigate freely—and to keep you from worrying about its navigation. A real clean is easy to achieve, too; this AI-powered robot vacuum is a combination vacuum and mop with up to 10 watts of suction. It can sanitize its own mop pad at 100°C of steam, too. The result is a cleaner vacuum and an even cleaner home.
Samsung has made sure that AI runs through every vein of their smart appliances, and we can't wait to see how their new gear performs at home. With so many Bespoke products, things are bound to look beautiful and perform even better, and many of these products already exist in some form (and can be bought at Abt). Catch up with our CES 2026 coverage here to see more of the latest electronics, appliances and more as we move into the new year.
