Scheduling Your Abt Service Online

Is your fridge not keeping food fresh? Maybe your air conditioning is struggling to maintain the temperature in your home. Abt isn't just the ultimate destination for appliances and electronics—we repair everything we sell, too. If you need something fixed, scheduling your repair online is easy. Today, we'll walk you through scheduling appliance, HVAC and electronics service to keep your Abt purchase working its best.

To start, navigate to our installation and services hub. From there, you will see the different service options we offer, with convenient navigation to schedule each type of service. Click on Appliance Service:

From there, you can either call us or click the button to schedule an appointment online. *Please note that you must be logged into your Abt account to schedule your service. From there, there are four simple steps to arrange your appliance service:

Select which appliance needs service or repairs.
Enter your address. This ensures you're in our 100-mile service radius.
Choose your preferred date for our technicians to service your appliance.
Enter your contact information.

Once you've filled out the form, you'll get a confirmation email with the information for your appointment.

Once again, you'll start at our installation and services hub. This time, you'll click on HVAC Service. Repeat the same process as scheduling appliance service:

Select which HVAC product needs service or repairs.
Enter your address. This ensures you're in our 100-mile service radius.
Choose your preferred date for our technicians to service your AC unit, furnace, water heater or boiler.
Enter your contact information.

You'll receive a confirmation email in your inbox shortly thereafter. Are you trying to install a new HVAC system? We do that, too. It's easy to get your quote for a new AC unit, furnace, water heater or boiler by filling out our form online.

You can also schedule your electronics service from the same central page. Click on Electronics Service to begin. From there, repeat the same steps as scheduling appliance or HVAC service:
