Top 12 Retailers and Installers

I downloaded the final vote tally from our Website into an Excel spreadsheet, which gives me the ability to sort by name, title, IP address, password, whatever. Unfortunately, this is something I have to do to weed out unscrupulous voters. In this final tally, I had five people attempt to vote more than once, 15 people enter no last name or other incomplete information, 25 votes from people in companies outside the mobile electronics industry, and a retailer who—well, let's just say he tries to "creatively" increase his vote count. So this part of the picture takes time, and because of this, I apologize that our results are a day late.

Overall, we had 2,528 legitimate votes for stores or installers by people in the industry, and I must say that this is phenomenal! This is the most important step, in which the industry gets its say in determining the Retailers of the Year and Installer of the Year.

What you'll see below are the 12 finalists in each category, based on the number of votes received, along with three alternates, which scored in positions 13, 14 and 15, respectively. Also, the list rounds out the top 25. Each store or installer has the right to use the rankings listed to help promote business, and I hope each of you takes advantage of this!

We will be contacting each of the finalists and alternates with a list of items needed for judging, along with relevant deadlines. If a finalist does not turn in materials by the deadline, the materials from the alternates will be submitted, in order of seniority.
