Abt Sends Students Back To School With Laptop Computers, iPods & Appliances

Abt is a one-stop shop for students heading back to school. In addition to electronics they want, like TVs, headphones, MP3 telephones, palm pilots, etc.., students can also get appliances they need for their dorm rooms such as coffee makers, microwaves, small refrigerators, etc... all at Abt Electronics.

A few years ago, colleges began sending out iPods and other MP3 devices for their students to use as portable hard drive devices (and to store their music collection).

The Abt merchandising team sat down with several college students, who also work at Abt during the summer, to come up with a list of products students really want as "back to school" items.
