Twice Magazine Names Abt Electronics Best Independent Retailer

Abt Voted #1 In TWICE Magazine's
"Retail Excellence Awards" Competition

GLENVIEW, IL, OCTOBER 25, 2004 — Abt Electronics & Appliances, a leading independent consumer electronics and appliance retailer announced today that TWICE Magazine selected Abt Electronics as the "Best Independent Retailer."

In its first-ever "TWICE Retail Excellence Awards" competition, TWICE Magazine readers were asked to base their votes on several performance categories including merchandising excellence, store design, customer service, market share, industry contributions and overall retail innovation. This award recognizes Abt Electronics with a distinguished group of retailers including Best Buy and Dell Computers who won awards in separate categories.
