I own a LifeFitness treadmill. While I love mine, there is one main difference between the Go and Connect versions of this exercise machine, and that's the screen. With the Connect series, you're able to watch your pace along a track. You can keep an eye on your existing speed, maintain your pace, and see how long it'll take to reach the end of your run. The electronic screen, or console, is sold separately from the treadmill itself—choose whichever console you believe will best fit your fitness needs.
