If you’re having trouble connecting to SmartThings on your Family Hub fridge, there are a few things you can try. Make sure that both your mobile phone and Family Hub are on the same Wi-Fi network and connected to the same Samsung Account. Also make sure both devices have a strong Wi-Fi connection. If you’re still having trouble, you can try forgetting and reconnecting to your network on both devices, power cycling both devices, and clearing the SmartThings app cache on your mobile phone.
