The amount of coffee grounds and the fineness/consistency of your grounds can also be customized and preset before brewing begins. Just choose from five different levels and prepare yourself for a delicious cup of joe. Jura suggests that the more beans and the finer the ground, the more aromatic and intensely flavored your coffee will be. As the Jura Z10 tamps your grounds inside the brewing chamber, the hot water will flow through the coffee. If your grounds are ultra-fine, the water will truly take its time to soak in and dissolve all the aromatic compounds.
