In this video, we explain what to expect on the day of delivery to our out-of-state customers, ensuring that the process goes smoothly for both them and their drivers. First, double-check your invoice to verify that both your email address and your phone number on file are correct and up to date. This will allow the app or the carrier to contact you if there are any updates or changes to your Abt order. Once your item(s) arrive at the local delivery terminal, the freight company will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time. If possible, once you receive your delivery, we encourage you to inspect it while your driver is still present. You can verify that all of the items from your invoice have arrived and note any visible damage to the products so they can get addressed and taken care of as soon as possible. If inspection on the day of is not possible, any hidden damage found later should be reported to your salesperson directly within 48 hours of the delivery.
