The HydroPro | How to set up and run a preset | Breville Commercial

Do you want to execute your most frequently cooked items with ease? Set up My Presets and let the HydroPro™ do the rest.

The HydroPro™ Immersion Circulators have a My Preset function that allows you to store your most frequent food for quick and easy recall. A preset may include a Name, Cooking Temperature, Timer, Flow Speed, and for the HydroPro™ Plus, a Probe Alarm with Holding Time.

To setup and run a new preset you will need to select ‘New Preset’ on your device and enter the parameters for that food. When you are ready to run a preset, press the play head button alongside that specific entry. To edit or a delete a preset, you need to press the pencil button next to the entry and follow the instructions on screen.
