With the HydroPro™ Plus core food cooking and cooling temperatures are effortlessly recorded for HACCP compliance.
Sous Vide cooking logs are stored within the unit and cannot be accessed directly through the immersion circulator. This prevents logs from being accidentally mishandled. Instead, the logs are managed solely through the Breville HACCP Manager APP (iOS and Android). Cooking logs can be stored for approximately one year, depending on its usage. Follow the guide below to find out how to begin a logged cook.
Instructions:
1. To begin data logging a cook, ensure that Data Logging has been turned on in Settings.
2. Apply the Sous Vide Tape to the bag and insert the needle to connect the probe.
3. Then, enter one of the three cooking modes from the home screen. You will be asked if you want to cook with the probe or the timer, here you will need to select probe.
4. On the run screen, click the clipboard icon. Enter the details of your cook and begin logging.
5. To end the log, click the clipboard and select Stop Log.
