The HydroPro Plus | Using the HACCP Manager App for Sous Vide cooking | Breville Commercial

The HACCP manager app enables users to extract, view and manage cooking logs from their HydroPro™ Plus by creating weekly or monthly HACCP reports. These reports can be exported as PDF files for easy printing and management and are stored for up to one year depending on the device usage.

To begin managing your logs follow the steps below:
1. Download the HACCP Manager app from IOS or Android.
2. Once the app has downloaded, enter the details of your establishment for HACCP authority.
3. You need to make sure your appliances are switched on and nearby.
4. When you are ready to sync, select the device from the top menu.
5. Pair the devices following the instructions on screen and begin to sync your logs.
6. Each log can be previewed on your phone or be printed as a PDF file.
