The 5.1 cubic foot oven capacity allows you to cook a lot of food at once, while the convection bake feature helps your food cook faster, and more evenly. Plus you get an airfry feature to give your food that crispy exterior without all the oil. The cooking surface features five burners that range from a 5000 BTU simmer up to an 18000 BTU Quick Boil option, and are covered edge to edge with with cast grates that are easy to clean. At the bottom you'll find an extra wide storage drawer for placing an unused oven racks or baking trays.
