the Control °Freak® is a cooktop that utilizes induction technology to heat the cookware on its surface. It is important that you use cookware that is compatible with this equipment to ensure you can get the best out of it. Below are some examples of compatible and incompatible cookware.

Compatible Cookware:
- Steel
- Cast Iron
- Stainless Steel (certain types)

Incompatible Cookware:
- Ceramic
- Glass
- Copper
- Aluminum

Remember: if you are not sure if your cookware will work, place a magnet on the underside of the pan, if it sticks, your cookware is compatible.
