Lidded containers are extremely versatile tools for smoking solid foods with the Smoking Gun® Pro. Easily scalable, lidded containers allow you to smoke any amount of product at one time with large or delicate products simply being left to “rest” in the smoke. Increased surface area in the container will give the product more room to take smoke, but some gentle shaking of the container will also help with incorporation.
