Weber Original Burger Press Video

Once summer begins, it's the perfect time to roll your outdoor grill out of storage and fire it up for some tasty charred meals. One of the most popular crowd-pleasers to throw on the grates is burgers, but if you're not going the frozen patty route, shaping your own burgers can be complicated. How do you make each patty uniformly the same? How do you ensure they cook evenly while maintaining delicious flavor? Look no further than the Weber Original Burger Press. This grill accessory is designed to make either quarter-pound or half-pound burger patties. The press flattens your meat of choice into those classic round puck shapes while pressing a dimple in the middle of the patty. This dimple prevents your burgers from puffing in the center and in turn, allows the juices to spread evenly through the rest of the patty. The Weber Original Burger Press consists of a plastic base and lid, as well as a nylon grip handle. This handle is removable to promote easier cleanup and the whole device is even dishwasher safe.
