Features
- Ankarsrum’s pasta rollers come from the Italian company Marcato, with 80 years of experience of making pasta.
- When you use the fettuccine or spaghetti cutter use the pasta sheets that you have rolled using the lasagne roller, alternatively rolled out by hand, and feed through the Spaghetti cutter.
- Only pasta dough may be used for the pasta attachments.
- Never insert fingers or foreign objects in the roller.
- The pasta rollers fit all Assistents N1-N30.
