Coyote CJAKTC3CO Insulated Jacket For Combo Grills 50-Inch in Stainless Steel

Build a safer, more durable outdoor kitchen installation around your Coyote C3CO50 50-inch combo grill with the Coyote Outdoor Living CJAKTC3CO insulated jacket. Designed for combustible-construction installations, this insulated grill jacket helps create a protective thermal barrier between the grill and surrounding island materials.

Made with 304 stainless steel construction, this Coyote insulated jacket supports a sleek built-in stainless steel look while helping protect the grill and outdoor kitchen over time. Its model-specific fit is intended for the C3CO50 50-inch combo grill, with overall dimensions of 11 in high x 53 in wide x 23 in deep.

Features

  • Designed for C3CO50 50-inch combo grills: Provides a model-specific fit for the Coyote 50-inch combo grill.
  • 304 stainless steel construction: Delivers durable, outdoor-ready material for a built-in grill installation.
  • Built for combustible-construction installations: Allows the grill to be installed into an island made with combustible materials when used according to installation requirements.
  • Protective thermal barrier: Helps separate the grill from surrounding materials to protect the outdoor kitchen over time.
  • 18-gauge stainless steel build: Provides a sturdy protective liner for the grill cutout.
  • Self-supporting ledge design: Adds structural strength and improves airflow to help maintain grill performance.
  • Stainless steel aesthetic: Coordinates with built-in outdoor kitchen designs for a professional finished look.
  • Published cutout dimensions: Requires a cutout of 11 in high x 51 3/4 in wide x 22 1/8 in deep.

Footnotes:

  • WARNING - PROP65 Notice - CA Residents Only. See www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
  • Refer to the Owner's Manual before installing or operating your built-in grill.
  • When using a Coyote insulated jacket, build the island to the jacket cutout and overall dimensions. Once installed, the grill will rest on or inside the insulated jacket.
  • Combustible material can not be within 24 in of the grill frame in any horizontal or vertical direction.
  • Minimum rear clearance for the hood to open is 2 in. If a wall or partition is behind the grill, minimum rear clearance to that wall should be at least 7 in to allow ventilation of the exhaust.
  • Extra care should be taken when planning the living space, as charcoal embers can escape the grill and move with the wind.
  • At least two vents must be included within the island. Each vent must be at least 20 sq. in. and allow fresh air to move from the grill cabinet to the exterior environment.
  • For propane setups, vents should be installed lower because propane is heavier than air. For natural gas setups, vents should be located higher in the island because natural gas is lighter than air.
  • Do not locate both vents on the same wall of the island. Cross ventilation is key to allow excess heat or trapped gas to dissipate.
