Warranty Information

• Frame, seat poly, springs, cover, power-recline motors, remote controls, and associated labor expenses: a one-year warranty from the date of purchase
• Lift chair motors and power headrest/lumbar motors: a three-year warranty from the date of purchase
• All reclining mechanisms (manual, power, and lift): a limited lifetime warranty from the date of purchase
• Exclusion: Warranties do not cover normal wear and/or abuse.

¹ While highly resistant to scratches, the fabric will not withstand repeated gouging or puncturing by sharp objects such as knife points, ice picks, or nails. Sharp knives and razor blades can harm or cut the surface, and some animals with needle-sharp claws may puncture the cover. Some liquids, such as ink, may permanently stain the cover, although most can be easily removed.

Care: Spot clean only with water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner. Do not saturate. Blot spills immediately. Pile fabrics may require brushing to restore their appearance. Do not use solvents to spot clean. Cushion covers should not be removed and laundered.
