Frequently Asked Questions

  • Standalone headboard use is permitted. Matching footboard and rails are recommended for a coordinated bed arrangement, but they are not required for every installation. The manufacturer does not provide exact compatible component SKUs or frame-attachment instructions.
  • The upholstery has cleaning code S, which specifies cleaning with a solvent or dry-cleaning product. Follow this fabric-specific guidance rather than the manufacturer's wood-polishing instructions.
  • The performance velvet upholstery is 100% polyester. The manufacturer does not publish specific stain-resistance claims or durability test results.
  • The shelter-style profile has a Traditional/Formal design. Its styling draws on historical furniture references, consistent with the collection's emphasis on comfortable, coordinated interiors.
  • Frequently remove dust with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth, wiping wood surfaces along the grain. The manufacturer recommends polishing approximately twice yearly with Guardsman or another silicone-free furniture polish, using a clean lint-free cloth and following the grain. These polishing directions apply to wood surfaces, not upholstery.
