Under normal residential use, the frame is covered for the lifetime of the furniture while it remains in the original upholstery; parts, labor, and shipping are covered during the first year, followed by replacement parts only. Fabric and filling materials are covered for one year against manufacturing defects, and cushion cores are covered against abnormal loss of resiliency for the life of the product. Claims must be filed through the original retailer, and exclusions apply.
