KitchenAid KDTM604KPS 24" PrintShield Stainless Steel Dishwasher
The KitchenAid KDTM604KPS dishwasher uses microfiltration to rid your cookware of food crumbs and particles throughout every cycle and, instead, recirculate clean water to all three racks. If you do an optional Sani-Rinse as well, you can also eradicate 99.999% of bacteria from food soil through the use of high heat. Thanks to this technology both delicate glassware and durable cooking dishes can be put in the same load. The ProWash™ Cycle can automatically adjust water temperature and wash time by using sensors to measure soil levels, tackling even the toughest messes. If you're in a rush and need clean silverware fast, the KitchenAid KDTM604KPS also has an Express Wash Cycle. This appliance offers a quiet cleaning performance at 44 dBA and a leak detection system that uses sensing points, a drip tray and a water flow monitor for extra protection. If a leak is detected, your dishwasher will stop running water, drain the tub and notify you that a repair is needed. Two of the three racks in the KitchenAid KDTM604KPS sit on SatinGlide® Rails, which make loading and unloading your dishes easier with smoother movement.
The middle rack is adjustable and can be lowered for larger dishes like pitchers, stand mixer bowls, platters and more. It also features two stemware holders to secure wine glasses and prevent glass breakage. The rows in the middle and lower racks can also be folded down to accommodate dishes of different shapes and sizes. The FreeFlex™ Third Rack is the largest rack of the three with its deeper, angled design. The rack has rotating wash jets, a drying bar with tabs and a removable utensil tray as well. All of the unique wash, rinse and drying cycles can be chosen from and adjusted using the top controls on the door of the KitchenAid KDTM604KPS. An indicator light on the front can even keep you updated by changing colors to note cycle progress. The exterior of the dishwasher has a PrintShield™ Finish that's fingerprint and smudge resistant; if it does get dirty, just wipe it down with water and a soft cloth.
