Custom-Control Technology takes the guesswork out of choosing heat settings for three warming drawer functions: Food Warming, Slow Cook and Bread Proof. Use the control knob to quickly and easily select from defined temperature ranges for each function.
Sensor Temperature Control maintains steady low temperatures while slow cooking, warming and proofing. It uses a thermostat to monitor the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to prevent overheating.
Bread Proof Function provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise and infusing flavor. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing.
Humidity Slide Control adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables.
