With a generous depth and capacity, it’s also great for bubbling casseroles and lasagna. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the excellent heat distribution creates golden brown crispy crusts and edges, while the straight sides make it easy to serve perfectly portioned slices. Durable and easy to clean, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel develops a natural patina over time making it virtually non-stick and easier to maintain and clean.
