The Merrithew ST-11089 At Home SPX Pilates reformer package pairs a patented carriage rolling system with five Traditional Reformer springs and an included Vertical Stand for upright storage. Four footbar positions, three gearbar positions and a 250 lbs user capacity support an adjustable home exercise setup. A reformer box with footstrap, padded platform extender and metal roll-up pole expand the supplied equipment for your practice. Designed for personal home use, the reformer supports hundreds of exercises from beginner to advanced levels to develop endurance, core strength and flexibility.

Smooth Carriage Travel and Cushioned Support

Rigid C-channel aluminum rails work with the patented carriage rolling system to keep motion smooth throughout your exercises. Dense EVA foam provides comfort and body-position feedback, while durable vinyl-covered padding stands up to demanding, repeated workouts.

Adjustable Fit and Comfort Footbar

Six carriage stopper settings and three headrest settings help tailor the reformer to your exercise setup. The Comfort Footbar rests in supporting cradles at four positions, letting you adjust hip and knee bend while giving sensitive hands and feet a more accommodating contact surface.

Merrithew recommends this reformer for people 60-74 in tall. A wooden standing platform and pommel-style shoulder supports accommodate users within the stated weight capacity. The shoulder supports are fixed and cannot be removed.

Five-Spring Traditional Springs Package

Four full-tension springs and one half-tension spring provide resistance options as your practice progresses. The three-position gearbar changes the spring-tension setup, and the spring attachments are designed for quick, secure connections. Five included neoprene spring covers help reduce noise during use.

Vertical Stand for Upright Storage

Between workouts, use the included Vertical Stand to store the reformer upright rather than leaving it in its exercise position.¹ Built-in wheels help you reposition it within your home. The stand is a storage support, not a Vertical Frame exercise attachment; this reformer cannot be stacked or upgraded with a Vertical Frame.

Warranty Information

• Aluminum rails, frame components and their welds, standard gearbar and footbar mechanisms: Limited lifetime coverage; Rubber Footbar excluded from that lifetime tier.
• Upholstery: 90 days.
• Ropes, straps, spring clips, plastic pulley-bar receptacle sleeves, comfort footbar, spring covers and plastic spring holders: 1 year.
• All remaining Reformer components: 2 years.

For personal home use only; commercial or professional use voids coverage. Coverage requires the original purchaser, proof of purchase and a claim made within the applicable component's coverage period, subject to the manufacturer's conditions. Failure to replace springs every two years can invalidate coverage.

Standing platform exercises with hands overhead require a minimum ceiling height of 98.5 in, based on a person 5 ft 8 in tall.

Replace all springs every 24 months and spring clips every 12 months, or as needed. Clean rails, channels and rollers daily with a damp cloth; do not spray liquid directly on them or use oil lubricants. Clean vinyl with warm water and mild soap, rinse with clean water and prevent slippery residue. Chemical cleaners are discouraged, and chemicals used near the feet can permanently mark flooring. A non-slip mat beneath the reformer is recommended and is not included.
