Convert a compatible Ring security camera to a hardwired power connection with the white Ring Hardwired Kit for Cameras, model B0F9H1YHPS.¹ Built as a convenient, weather-resistant solution, the kit fits into indoor or outdoor security setups and retains the flexibility to direct the camera toward the area you want to monitor.

Installation begins at an existing junction box on either a wall or ceiling. Secure the adapter plate at that location, then connect the camera through the mounting adapter's USB-C connector. The electrical design accepts 100-240V AC input and provides rated DC outputs for the camera. Plan for installation to take up to 1 hour when completed along with the security camera.

Once the power connection is in place, extra cable can be tucked inside the included mounting adapter rather than left exposed. This thoughtful cable management creates the clean, wire-free appearance Ring highlights while supporting a neat finish around the junction box. Complete the setup by adjusting the camera angle to suit the selected view.
